• Our booking system uses RSVP.
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes in advance. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
• Non-refundable, non-cancelable.
• Every packages cannot be transferred, replaced, or assigned to another person.
• Full payment is required.

Studio Rules

• Class schedules are fixed and cannot be changed.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will not be permitted to enter the class.
• Anti-slip socks are required for your safety.
• Please silence your phone during class.
• Recording is allowed for a maximum of 10 minutes. For longer recordings, please use timelapse. The position of your phone must not be changed throughout the class.
• Please do not bring children under 12 years old to the studio.
• If you have a history of injuries or are currently in the prenatal/postnatal period, please inform our Admin before joining the class.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Studio Rules and Terms & Conditions of Life Pilates.
